Other: Bael is currently a lower ranking demon (he’s been demoted, poor thing!) who enjoys prowling through the dimensional realms to appease his boredom and appetite.  Bael is a former Duke of Hell.  Though he has been demoted and roams the realms of Aislidalie, he remains a rather large target to the Angels and is on their list of “destroy on sight.”  For that matter, he’s not a favorite to the other Elite of Hell.  Mostly isolated and alone he has pretty much embraced his “misfortune.”

He comes across Remiel on one of his jaunts and takes him “under his wing” for entertainment and curiosity.  He can sense that Rem is otherworldly, but cannot determine exactly what.  This mystery intrigues him as nothing is usually hidden from him.  Over time he becomes attached to the amnesiac angel and appoints himself Rem’s personal guardian.
