    • Doll Chateau Damara… say whaaa?

    Had a LOVELY dolleh meetup Saturday!  We had us a Shiwoo meet in the midst as well!  Briean was surrounded by so many lovelies it was wonderful~  Bought a few trinkets here and there, such as a cute 1/6 yo-sized pinnafore that Abby is currently sporting.  There’s a gorgeous white lace dress either for Monster High size or the 16″ Monster High body.  Tried it on the larger body already and it just barely fits.  Gotta try it on a smaller, too~  Grabbed a cute skirt for a unique body shape and some CUTE and perfect 1/4th shoes that look like a pink/mauve suede, hur hur~  Oh, and a black tie!  ‘Cause, yanno~ 

    And… A Doll Chateau Damara head, ftw!  I’ve actually been eyeing this for months and I figured if she was there Saturday I’d bite.  And she was, so I did!  Patchwork ragdoll girl FTW!  I heard suggestions of other’s mentioning putting her on the Monster High body and I had also thought of that, so may end up doing so.  Undecided for now, but the quickest best size and color match would be the MH, so may buy one for the time being. 

    In other news, I have finished Kah’z’s wig and gonna fix the top part of Indar’e’s before calling it done.  Briean’s fibers have been dyed a dark red, The lil Soso now has bright green yarn hair, while Abby is showing off her bright blue yarn hair!  Next is setting up Bael’s wig and Pol’s, as he has SHIPPED and due to arrive any day!!!!  =parties=  Meron’s I was ready to do, then decided I wanted more complicated colors, so need to take time to get my shades right before starting.  I may take some time to do a few fun colored alpaca wigs cause I can, rawr!  Plus, they may be fun to put on Etsy and see how they fair.

    Lots of projects ahead as I wait for the bebehz to arrive.  Ciao~

    New Haul or Bael Has a Shirt

    I recently made two separate purchases. Last week as a matter of fact. From one seller I purchased two very much needed t-shirts and a gorgeous pair of black sparkly heeled shoes. From the other I purchased a pair of Soom Mecha Angel hands. They both arrived this morning!

    Firstly, the Soom hands. They’re so lovely in person! I’m putting them on the Mirodoll 68cm boy body. The only draw back is that body was the paler of the two male bodies, so the hands are very pink in comparison. They really match the 66cm body… but the 68cm is the one that needs the hands. BAD… Might blush them later to match, lol! So excited, though… no more shovel hands, yay! And for a really decent price, too~

    Secondly, the two shirts were both Tata BJD shirts. One in gray and the other in a dark, forest green. They are so nice! They’re 70cm shirts. They fit a bit loose and baggy on the 68cm body and a little snug (in a good way!) on my Iplehouse SID. Bael has a shirt, zomg! It’s a miracle! Haven’t had a chance to try it on the 66cm body to see how it fits, but will later, rawr~

    And then… the shoes… Those shoes… just, WOW! So the brand is called Yomi’s Blog. It’s a store on Taobao and I will be putting and order in soon! There’s some boots and other shoes I’m eyeing pretty hard and must make them mine, lol. Like these, and these, and these! And these heels? Too cute! So many choices, so little time.

    Pol & Kor~

    Today, I made my final payment for Pol.  I asked to add on a set of Tang hands for him and a pair of feet for my Resinsoul Ni body.  Sure, her sculpted feet look cute, but I can get her fully casted resin ones, whee!  So excited about Pol coming home soon!  I really need to order Khida for him, but kinda made another big purchase already, haha~

    Switch announced the sale of twins Haseo and Seoha for this past Wednesday.  Seoha is the dreaming version of Soseo… my pick for Kor.  Haseo is mid-ways between Soseo and Seoha… so I knew I just had to nab him!  I still want a Soseo something terrible, but I can make due for now, hehe~  However, the sale started while I was at work.  Then, to beat all… I actually forgot my cellphone in the car!!  I didn’t get it until later when I went to lunch and by then it was 2:30am EST… and the heads were all sold out!  T_T  I was upset but in the Switch discussion thread at DoA a user mentioned they might still be available at FaithZ… the official dealer for Switch!  I didn’t even know about this company.  The website showed pre-order still available for the Twins.  So, after a little bit of research to be sure it was indeed legit, I went through with the purchase for Haseo!  Was just a few dollars more expensive than at the Switch website and I’ll have to wait a good month longer, but I’ve waited ages for purchases to arrive before, so I should be just fine. 

    That’s two more down on the list!  That just leaves Vieve, Alon, Tyr’h, Fahaun/Amira, Jerushe, Laeghan, Eylyn, and Khida.  My original group is almost complete!  Need a few more bodies, too, lol.  Really need to finish up sculpting the ones I’ve been working on, heh.

    The Volks body looks PERFECT on Caetahn!  It’s more childish but… nnnngggh…. it’s gorgeous!  Love love love it!

    Lastly, the Woolly Delight’s package came in and the fibers are stunning!  It even took me less time than normal to process some of the fibers, but then, I’ve also been working on a new method.  Will post if the results stay consistent!
