    This past week has been a BUSY week in regards to some made purchases. From the top!:

    • Raccoondoll: Elf’s Gene, Momo, Nina – Queued for Shipping! (Soooon!)
    • Supia Doll: Rosy – Paid, Now for the looooong wait! /o\
    • Dollmore: FMD Thelma head – Has been purchased, along with a set of Dollpire Eve hands.
    • Dollmore: FMD Chris – Purchased from second hand market, should arrive soon
    • Barbie: Masquerade Illusion and Venetian Opulence dolls – Purchased, and arrived! They are… GORGEOUS, especially the Venetian Opulence.

    And, that should catch up with the major purchases~ I do plan on adding a Resinsoul 1/4 single-jointed girl body to hybrid the FMD Thelma head. Speaking of Resinsoul, looks like I’ll be ordering a NUMBER of bodies for potential hybrids. Some highlights are the 72cm body for my Sard, Jerushe, possibly the 70cm body for my Dollshe Bernard, Thayne, 60cm female wisp thin body (lol) color-matched for the Lillycat Lyse pink tan head, to name a few.

    And, of course, the dragon body for Pol, and I’m now leaning super hard on the centaur body for Khida. Was going to just get human bodies for both but now that I have more luxury, and the centaur body now exists where it didn’t before, it only makes since to go ahead and get them for those two. Khida has been a long planned girl, and I’m super happy I have her head in hand now and had planned to buy her the Rong body, but RS releasing that centaur body… and with Khida being a unicorn? Yeah, just gonna hafta do it~

    We have some doll stands in, some resin eye making supplies, and a few other projects I will highlight soon enough are almost done.

    Also, I TOTALLY now have a compressor for the airbrush and, so happy. It’s a small, portable unit. And crazy cheap, but perfect for experimenting until I decide what my ultimate needs are. This is going to be such a help for covering mods I have done and doing some color matching on old, yellowed heads.

    Also, neon green colors on Khida are now possible. And initial color-matching, as she’s an old, white-skin head. She’s going to look amazing!

    Okay, I’m done gushing. Maybe~ ^_~

    Volks Bodies Have Arrived!

    Like the title says, a shipment of two golden oldie Volks bodies arrived last week. I now have a Volks SD13 male body that has been stolen by either the Vampire Shiwoo head or El head. El, Tyr’h, needs to be taller. If it was the long-legged version, the debate would be over! Until then, they shall share. But default Shiwoo will be going back on his original body, for certain.

    And, oh my lord, is it ever so heavy!!

    Second, is a gorgeous Volks SD10 Suwarikko body. I honestly never imagined I would own a Volks female body, but here it is and… I’m just overwhelmed by it. While I wouldn’t have a horde of them, I could see gaining at least one more. I was expecting to put my Obitsu Gretel head on this body, with at least one other head in mind, but my Merry Doll Round Olathe who has been waiting patiently for about two years… up and stole this body hardcore! Not gonna lie — the match is almost perfect. The neck is just slightly too thick, but not enough to bother me or terribly stand out. The resin match is nearly perfect. I love that it’s slightly chunky, giving her a “thick” body type. She also came with heeled feet.

    I raided my eye bin, found a temp wig that never fits anyone, and suddenly, she stole my breath away! Needs her faceup now, and I still need to decide her hair color, and get her permanent eyes in a slightly lighter and more metallic color but, just… wow!

    I can’t stop looking at her~

    Site Updates: Also, last but not least, I have updated a TON of profiles by adding stand-alone pages and filler prep info. For those I haven’t made quite yet, I’ve added links to company pages.

    I also edited a ton of photos in the photo backlog and am nearly caught up! Soooon, soooooon!

    A Few New Additions, and Some Plans

    It’s been sometime since I last updated. I’ve done a ton of backend updating and organizing, but haven’t posted about it. First of the year I had many, many plans, but then Covid-19 happened. It’s been a rough near year, and it’s taken a while to settle into the “new norm”.

    So, from the top: As of January, I welcomed my first large vinyl heads into the house! I ordered directly from Parabox 4 large heads and a 1/12 one for my Sister. A Gretel, Gretel47, Laura, Sleeping Princess, and the 1/12 or 11cm Neko cat head.

    Months later, as things settled, a rush of resin began~! I discovered a Dollzone/Luts Ani hybrid that I couldn’t pass up. An older, OLDER Dollzone body that was PERFECT to match with Kah’z. This meant that Indar’e was finally complete and my twins are now fully together! I’ve been so giddy with excitement over this! The Ani is floating now, but we’re smitten with her, so it probably won’t be for long~

    September brought in an AMAZING special at RaccoonDoll that I absolutely could not pass up! My mother and sister got in on the deals and we are attempting to calmly wait for their production to finish and the dolls to be shipped out to us. When they do, there will be a Milk Mocha Elf Momo (mine), a Milk Mocha Elf Gene (Mom’s), and a Sweet Mocha Elf Nina. I can’t wait!

    Then, right after that, I made my first official FULL, brand spankin’ new Fairyland MNF purchase. A basic New Release A-Line, Small (B) bust, with Cutie Legs Hwayu~! I ordered her from DenverDolls, along with a 68cm Resinsoul Ling for her body… which also means that =drum rolls= Eylyn is complete!! I’m glad I held off doing a faceup for her before now. There’s a slight color difference, but I can blush it closer when I paint her, so no worries. (Although, Ling is now floating, lol!)

    A few days ago I saw that SupiaDolls was holding a sale and decided it must be time to make Vieve’s (Rosy) purchase. She’s now on layaway. I decided to opt for the Ballerina body instead of the original, and I hope it fits her character. The special included free shipping, free ballet feet if you bought the ballerina body, and 10% off the base price. After waiting years for her, I felt like it was a steal!

    Originally, I had planned to buy Fairyland’s Luha LE. I even placed an order with DenverDoll for it! But they sent me a notice that the doll had sold out at Fairyland, so had my money refunded. I was pretty down about it. However, I noticed yesterday they’ve already added her head to the Minifee a la carte! I won’t get all the cool stuff and the Halloween event faceplate I wanted the most, but I really like Luha and am glad I can at least order her as a basic~

    And then, today, a Fairyland Feeple60 Nanuri 2017 head and Littlefee Nanuri 2017 faceplate came in the mail today.

    And, I’m prettttty sure that catches us up with new arrivals.

    Plan to be uploading all my many images for these arrivals sometime or other~ At least we’re caught up, now~ ^_~
